The entry form must be completed electronically in capital letters

As a general rule, every rider wishing to participate in the 2023 FIM Prize Events must enter through his FMN and the FMNR/Organiser respectively. 

Entry requests/provisional entries can be made by e-mail to the FMNR/Organiser, but they must be confirmed with the duly completed official FIM entry form.

We remind you that the rider must always have a copy of his/her licence (paper or electronic) as it will be asked during the technical and administrative control.

All forms from under-age applicants must be counter-signed by their legal guardians.

The rider must return his/her entry form, duly completed, to his/her FMN, who must always approve the entry. Consequently, page 1 of the entry form must bear the stamp of the FMN concerned.

Once the entry has been approved, the FMN concerned must forward the duly completed entry form to the FMNR/Organiser as soon as possible.

The closing date of entries is 21.02.2023.

The number of entries is limited to a maximum of 40 riders:

An entry fee of 140 € per rider is to be paid to the Organiser.

STARTING NUMBERS
Every rider participating in an FIM SnowCross World Championship event can request a starting number when completing the FIM entry form. 

The requested starting number must always be confirmed by the FIM Administration, provided it is still available.

However, the number one will always be reserved for the current FIM World Champion.
Riders who did not request any particular starting number will be allocated a starting number by the FIM Administration. 

TRAVEL INDEMNITIES and PRIZES
All amounts are DEFİNED İN Supplementary regulations form of the Snowcross World Championship. The amounts are net amounts from which no deductions are allowed. 
They are payable in Euro (€) only (cash payments). 

Theamounts will be paid by the Organiser of the race.

All 20 riders who qualify to take part in the Final of the FIM SnowCross World Championship meeting, as well as the two reserve riders, will receive a travel indemnity.

SUPPORT AVAILABLE FOR THE RIDERS
In order to facilitate the journey to and the stay in Türkiye, the event organiser has set up the following support package which is available for the riders:

• Freight support:  contact Ms Patricia Maskarova for more details (patmaskarova@mxgp.com).

• Hotel: Each rider will have a twin room (two separate beds for 2 people) including breakfast, lunch and dinner (Check in is on Thursday and Check out on Monday).

• 3 days free ski pass in Erciyes Ski station (www.kayserierciyes.com.tr)

• For those flying: ground transportation will be provided from the Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Race Track.
